Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization’s staffing needs and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
