Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization’s staffing needs and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.

  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules.

  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
