Role Overview:
The Stewarding Team Leader will assist the Stewarding Supervisor in coordinating and monitoring cleaning operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee dishwashing and cleaning procedures.

• Ensure proper use of cleaning tools and chemicals.

• Train and guide stewarding staff as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.

• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards.

• Prepare daily cleaning reports and checklists.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in stewarding or cleaning supervision.

• Knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning techniques.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage workloads efficiently.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
