Role Overview:
The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate culinary operations during events.

  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.

  • Assist in menu planning and food costing.

  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.

  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

  • Strong leadership and culinary skills.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
