Role Overview:
The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate culinary operations during events.
Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Assist in menu planning and food costing.
Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
Strong leadership and culinary skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
