Role Overview:
As a Receptionist at Palazzo Ezulwini ICC, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Manage the phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments.
Assist with guest inquiries, provide information, and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is organized and welcoming.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for the management team.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
