Role Overview:
As a Purchasing Storekeeper at Palazzo Ezulwini, you will be responsible for managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods across the International Convention Center. You will play a key role in maintaining an efficient supply chain to support the world-class standards of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.

  • Organize and maintain the storage areas to ensure efficient access to inventory.

  • Record and monitor stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.

  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure that orders are placed on time and within budget.

  • Ensure all inventory is accurately documented and audit stocks regularly.

  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill specific inventory requests and manage operational needs.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management are a plus.

  • Proven experience in a storekeeper or purchasing role, preferably in hospitality or event management.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
