Role Overview:
The Payroll cum General Cashier will oversee payroll processing and cash management, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage employee salary deductions, taxes, and benefits.
Maintain records of cash transactions and bank reconciliations.
Prepare payroll reports and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Handle petty cash and monitor daily cash flow.
Assist with budget planning and forecasting.
Conduct payroll audits to ensure financial integrity.
Address payroll-related queries from employees.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4+ years of payroll and cash management experience.
Proficiency in payroll software and accounting systems.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of tax and labor laws affecting payroll.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
