Role Overview:

The Maintenance Manager will oversee facility maintenance, ensuring that all building systems and infrastructure operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams in daily operations.

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

  • Oversee plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.

  • Manage maintenance budgets, procurement of spare parts, and vendor contracts.

  • Conduct regular facility inspections to assess maintenance needs.

  • Respond to maintenance emergencies and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Implement sustainability initiatives and energy-saving measures.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in facility maintenance management.

  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and operations.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing maintenance teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong understanding of sustainability and energy efficiency practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and reporting tools.
