Role Overview:
The Kitchen Technician will ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of all kitchen equipment and appliances, supporting a seamless culinary operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment and appliances.

• Perform preventive maintenance on ovens, grills, refrigerators, and other equipment.

• Respond to maintenance requests from culinary staff promptly.

• Ensure kitchen equipment meets safety and health standards.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.

• Work closely with the culinary team to prevent operational disruptions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a kitchen technician or maintenance technician.

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety standards.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Relevant certification in maintenance or electrical work is preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
