Role Overview:
The Junior Sous Chef will support the Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising kitchen operations and staff.

  • Prepare and present dishes according to established standards.

  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.

  • Assist in inventory control and ordering of supplies.

  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or in a similar role.

  • Culinary certification or relevant training.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
