Role Overview:
The Junior Sous Chef will support the Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising kitchen operations and staff.
Prepare and present dishes according to established standards.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
Assist in inventory control and ordering of supplies.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or in a similar role.
Culinary certification or relevant training.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
