Role Overview:
The ICC Business Development Assistant Manager will support the management of strategic partnerships and business growth for the Palazzo Ezulwini International Convention Center. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities and assisting in driving growth in line with the center's luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing business strategies to attract international clients and organizations.
Research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and support sales pitches to key stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings and follow-up activities with potential clients.
Assist in establishing long-term relationships with business partners and clients.
Monitor and report on business development activities to ensure goals are met.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and present ideas clearly and effectively.
Goal-oriented and proactive in pursuing new business opportunities.
