Role Overview:

The ICC Events Manager will oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and social events.

  • Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and objectives.

  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.

  • Oversee vendor contracts and ensure timely service delivery.

  • Supervise on-site event execution and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and venue regulations.

  • Analyze event success metrics and provide reports to management.

  • Develop innovative event solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.

  • 6+ years of event planning and management experience.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and crisis management abilities.

  • Experience with event management software and tools.

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of venue operations and hospitality standards.

  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
