Role Overview:
The ICC Events Executive will support the Events team to ensure all client events run smoothly, providing high-level support and attention to detail for each event at Palazzo Ezulwini.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and execution of events, ensuring all client requirements are met.
Help coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.
Maintain event schedules and assist in setting up venues and event spaces.
Provide logistical support and monitor progress throughout the event.
Address on-site client requests and ensure all service aspects are covered.
Ensure that events are fully documented, including post-event feedback.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in event planning or a related field.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
High attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
