Role Overview:
The Hygiene Manager will oversee the implementation of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement hygiene policies and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene compliance.
Train staff on hygiene protocols and food safety standards.
Monitor cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, and public spaces.
Prepare and maintain hygiene reports and documentation.
Collaborate with culinary and housekeeping teams to ensure sanitation standards.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Degree in Environmental Health, Food Safety, or related field.
Proven experience in hygiene management.
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and training abilities.
