Role Overview:
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within the ICC, ensuring the comfort and safety of all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as necessary.

• Install new HVAC equipment in compliance with safety standards.

• Maintain records of HVAC maintenance activities and repairs.

• Ensure temperature and air quality meet the requirements of guests and event spaces.

• Respond to urgent HVAC-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Relevant certification in HVAC systems is preferred.
