Role Overview:
The HR Manager will develop and lead all human resource functions, from recruitment and training to employee relations and compliance, ensuring a high-performance and people-focused culture at both the Palazzo Ezulwini International Convention Center and, later, the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to build a top-tier hospitality and events team.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Foster a positive workplace culture to ensure high employee engagement and retention.
Manage performance evaluations, succession planning, and leadership development.
Ensure compliance with Eswatini labor laws and company policies.
Develop compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Prepare the workforce planning strategy for the hotel’s operational phase.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR leadership experience in hospitality or large-scale business operations.
Deep knowledge of Eswatini labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Proven experience in organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
