Role Overview:

The HR Manager will develop and lead all human resource functions, from recruitment and training to employee relations and compliance, ensuring a high-performance and people-focused culture at both the Palazzo Ezulwini International Convention Center and, later, the hotel.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to build a top-tier hospitality and events team.

  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture to ensure high employee engagement and retention.

  • Manage performance evaluations, succession planning, and leadership development.

  • Ensure compliance with Eswatini labor laws and company policies.

  • Develop compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

  • Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Prepare the workforce planning strategy for the hotel’s operational phase.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience in hospitality or large-scale business operations.

  • Deep knowledge of Eswatini labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.

  • Proven experience in organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
