Role Overview:

The HR Generalist will support HR operations, ensuring effective employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.

  • Handle employee relations and workplace issues.

  • Conduct HR reporting and analysis to support decision-making.

  • Assist in implementing employee engagement programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Coordinate employee wellness and diversity initiatives.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle employee concerns with professionalism.

  • Experience in HR software and digital record-keeping.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
