Role Overview:
The HR Generalist will support HR operations, ensuring effective employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Support payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
Handle employee relations and workplace issues.
Conduct HR reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
Assist in implementing employee engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
3+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle employee concerns with professionalism.
Experience in HR software and digital record-keeping.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
