Role Overview:

The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient administration, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities, including screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and induction.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with company standards.

  • Assist in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and performance management processes.

  • Provide support in handling employee relations matters and workplace concerns.

  • Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis to support management decision-making.

  • Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.

  • Coordinate employee wellness, inclusion, and diversity initiatives.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment (hospitality or large-scale operations preferred).

  • Solid understanding of HR functions, labor legislation, and HR best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and confidentially.

  • Experience using HR systems and digital record-keeping tools.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to employee engagement and workplace culture.
