Role Overview:
The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient administration, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities, including screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and induction.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with company standards.
Assist in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and performance management processes.
Provide support in handling employee relations matters and workplace concerns.
Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis to support management decision-making.
Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.
Coordinate employee wellness, inclusion, and diversity initiatives.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment (hospitality or large-scale operations preferred).
Solid understanding of HR functions, labor legislation, and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and confidentially.
Experience using HR systems and digital record-keeping tools.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to employee engagement and workplace culture.
