Role Overview:

The HR Admin will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth HR processes and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records and HR documentation.

  • Assist with recruitment logistics and onboarding.

  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.

  • Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.

  • Handle HR correspondence and maintain an organized filing system.

  • Assist in preparing HR reports and compliance documentation.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR, Administration, or related field.

  • 2+ years of HR administrative experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy HR environment.

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
