Role Overview:
The Housekeeping Ordertaker will coordinate housekeeping operations across the convention center, ensuring smooth communication between housekeeping teams and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log housekeeping requests from various ICC departments (e.g., event coordinators, maintenance).

  • Dispatch tasks to housekeeping teams and monitor completion status.

  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory levels, and special requests.

  • Coordinate with maintenance and stewarding teams for efficient task execution.

  • Prepare daily housekeeping reports and update task logs.

  • Ensure timely communication between housekeeping supervisors and team leaders.

  • Monitor cleaning supply stocks and coordinate restocking when necessary.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Ordertaker or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using housekeeping management systems and software.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
