Role Overview:
The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the convention center, ensuring high hygiene and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and daily operations.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas.
Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
Manage housekeeping inventory and procurement of supplies.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff to enhance efficiency.
Monitor budgets and cost control for housekeeping operations.
Handle guest complaints and ensure excellent customer service.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
5+ years of experience in housekeeping management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and health regulations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in budgeting and inventory management.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and high service standards.
