Role Overview:

The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the convention center, ensuring high hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and daily operations.

  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas.

  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.

  • Manage housekeeping inventory and procurement of supplies.

  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff to enhance efficiency.

  • Monitor budgets and cost control for housekeeping operations.

  • Handle guest complaints and ensure excellent customer service.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in housekeeping management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and health regulations.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in budgeting and inventory management.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail and high service standards.
