Role Overview:

The F&B Operations Manager will oversee food and beverage services, ensuring high-quality dining experiences and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurants and banquet operations.

  • Develop and implement service standards and procedures.

  • Oversee menu planning and food quality control.

  • Manage staff training, scheduling, and performance.

  • Monitor inventory and cost control measures.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in F&B management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of food service and hospitality standards.

  • Experience in budgeting and cost control.

  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of local and international cuisine trends.
