Role Overview:
The F&B Operations Manager will oversee food and beverage services, ensuring high-quality dining experiences and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage restaurants and banquet operations.
Develop and implement service standards and procedures.
Oversee menu planning and food quality control.
Manage staff training, scheduling, and performance.
Monitor inventory and cost control measures.

Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
7+ years of experience in F&B management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of food service and hospitality standards.
Experience in budgeting and cost control.
Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
