Role Overview:

The Engineering Supervisor will assist in the maintenance and technical operations of the convention center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support engineering staff in daily operations.

• Ensure proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Monitor maintenance schedules and troubleshoot issues.

• Conduct inspections and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

• Assist in energy conservation and sustainability programs.

• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance tools.

• Train technical staff in standard operating procedures.

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in engineering or maintenance roles.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Ability to lead a team and coordinate tasks effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.

• Experience in facility management software and reporting.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
