Role Overview:
The Culinary Coordinator will assist in the coordination of kitchen activities, ensuring smooth communication and organization between culinary teams and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate culinary schedules and event requirements.

  • Assist in planning menus and food presentation.

  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in purchasing ingredients.

  • Prepare reports on kitchen operations and suggest improvements.

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in culinary coordination or kitchen management.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of culinary operations and event requirements.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
