Role Overview:
The Culinary Coordinator will assist in the coordination of kitchen activities, ensuring smooth communication and organization between culinary teams and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate culinary schedules and event requirements.
Assist in planning menus and food presentation.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in purchasing ingredients.
Prepare reports on kitchen operations and suggest improvements.
Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in culinary coordination or kitchen management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of culinary operations and event requirements.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
