Role Overview:

The Cost Controller will manage cost analysis, budgeting, and financial tracking to ensure cost efficiency across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control operational costs, including procurement and inventory.

  • Develop and maintain cost control policies and procedures.

  • Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Prepare cost variance reports and recommend corrective actions.

  • Conduct audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

  • Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets effectively.

  • Oversee pricing strategies to maintain profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in cost control or financial analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting.

  • Experience with accounting and ERP systems.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of cost control in hospitality or events industry is a plus.
