Role Overview:

The Coffee Shop Assistant Manager will support daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficiency in the coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee coffee shop operations and perform daily tasks..

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in a coffee shop or café management role.

  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and menu planning.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in stock control and ordering processes.

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
