Role Overview:
The Coffee Shop Assistant Manager will support daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficiency in the coffee shop.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee coffee shop operations and perform daily tasks..
Supervise and train baristas and service staff.

Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
4+ years of experience in a coffee shop or café management role.

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in stock control and ordering processes.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
