Role Overview:
The Chef De Cuisine will manage a specific restaurant kitchen, ensuring high-quality culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage kitchen staff.
Develop restaurant menus and seasonal dishes.
Oversee food preparation and quality control.
Ensure efficient kitchen operations and workflow.
Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
Control kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
Monitor kitchen budgets and cost control measures.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
Knowledge of international and local cuisines.
Experience in menu development and cost management.
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
