Role Overview:

The Chef De Cuisine will manage a specific restaurant kitchen, ensuring high-quality culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage kitchen staff.

  • Develop restaurant menus and seasonal dishes.

  • Oversee food preparation and quality control.

  • Ensure efficient kitchen operations and workflow.

  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.

  • Control kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.

  • Monitor kitchen budgets and cost control measures.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel.

  • Strong leadership and staff management abilities.

  • Knowledge of international and local cuisines.

  • Experience in menu development and cost management.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
