Role Overview:
The CCTV Operator will monitor and manage the security surveillance systems to ensure the safety and protection of guests, staff, and property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live and recorded footage from CCTV cameras.

• Report suspicious activity or security breaches promptly.

• Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly.

• Maintain logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.

• Assist in investigations by providing accurate footage as required.

• Collaborate with security personnel to ensure a safe environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security role.

• Knowledge of CCTV systems and security protocols.

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and in emergencies.

• Good communication and reporting skills.
