Role Overview:
The Call Centre Telephone Operator will serve as the first point of contact for callers to the International Convention Center, ensuring that all queries are addressed professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and provide information about events, services, and facilities.

• Direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.

• Manage reservations and assist with general inquiries regarding the venue.

• Maintain a log of all calls and requests to ensure follow-up.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest complaints or issues with professionalism.

• Assist with administrative tasks as required, including email management and appointment scheduling.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
