Role Overview:
The Banquets Assistant Manager will support the Banquets Manager in planning, organizing, and managing banquet events to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and organizing banquet operations.
Supervise banquet staff and coordinate event logistics.
Monitor event setups and ensure high standards of presentation.
Collaborate with culinary and service teams for seamless execution.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare reports on banquet operations and recommend improvements.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in banquet management or a related role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Knowledge of event planning software is an advantage.
