Role Overview:

The Banquet Manager will coordinate and execute large-scale banquet events, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute banquet events according to client requirements.

  • Manage banquet staff and ensure high service standards.

  • Coordinate logistics, including seating, catering, and AV setups.

  • Monitor budgets and control banquet costs.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Handle customer feedback and service improvements.

  • Work with kitchen staff to ensure food quality and presentation.

  • Supervise event setup and breakdown.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in banquet management.

  • Strong leadership and event planning skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

  • Strong budgeting and cost management experience.

  • Experience in luxury or high-end event catering preferred.
