Role Overview:
The Banquet Chef will be responsible for preparing large-scale banquet meals while maintaining high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee banquet meal preparation and service execution.
Develop customized banquet menus based on client requirements.
Coordinate with banquet managers and event planners.
Manage kitchen staff during large-scale events.
Ensure proper food portioning and presentation.
Maintain inventory and control food wastage.

Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in banquet or high-volume catering.
Expertise in large-scale food preparation.
Strong leadership and time management skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure events.
Knowledge of dietary restrictions and special menu planning.
Strong financial acumen in food cost management.
Creative approach to menu planning and execution.
