Role Overview:

The AV Supervisor will manage audiovisual operations, ensuring high-quality event experiences at the convention center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate AV equipment for conferences and events.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to sound, lighting, and display systems.

• Ensure proper maintenance and storage of AV equipment.

• Train and supervise AV technicians.

• Work with event planners to meet AV requirements.

• Maintain an inventory of AV equipment and supplies.

• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.

• Coordinate with vendors for AV system upgrades and repairs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in AV Technology, IT, or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in AV operations.

• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and equipment.

• Experience in live event production and troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to handle multiple events and deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.

• Knowledge of latest AV technologies and trends.
