Role Overview:

The Administrative Assistant (Personal Assistant) will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.

  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation.

  • Assist in travel arrangements, scheduling, and event coordination.

  • Maintain organized records and filing systems.

  • Support daily office operations and administrative functions.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas for executives.

  • Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.

  • Ensure efficient document management and office organization.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in executive support roles, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle complex schedules and priorities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.

  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in administrative tasks.

  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and anticipate executive needs.

  • Experience in handling international communication and correspondence.
