Role Overview:
The Administrative Assistant (Personal Assistant) will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Assist in travel arrangements, scheduling, and event coordination.
Maintain organized records and filing systems.
Support daily office operations and administrative functions.
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas for executives.
Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Ensure efficient document management and office organization.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in executive support roles, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle complex schedules and priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in administrative tasks.
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and anticipate executive needs.
Experience in handling international communication and correspondence.
